桃酥饼干成型机详细说明
本机用于桃酥饼干辊印脱模成形。将调粉机已调好的面团，通过两滚筒挤压滚印成各种形状及不同克数的饼干生坯。
本机结构简单，分离刀装有调节装置，调到比较好位置。辊印辊滚经特殊设计，克服分离刀磨损不均匀的现象，换辊取出近垂直位置，更换方便。本机分为盘式用热风旋转炉烘烤与隧道炉直接烘烤。
This machine is used for roller printing and forming of walnut sweet cake, which makes semi-finished biscuits of various shape and weight through roller printing.
This machine is simple in structure. The split blade is equipment with fine adjustment mechanism, through which the blade can be adjusted to optimized position. The printing roller has a special design that eradicates the problem of unevenness during splitting due to blade wearing out.
The embossed roller is located in approximately vertical position for the convenience of replacement. This machine varies in Hot wind rotating oven baking and direct furnace baking.
